  • In general, we believe the average budget of a couple getting married at White Meadows is between $15,000-$18,000 for all wedding expenses (venue, food, dress, DJ, photographer, etc.). We have had some creative couples with smaller guests lists host beautiful weddings in the $12,000 - $15,000 range, and we have had several lovely events here spending significantly more than the average.

  • No. Many venues have minimums because they make a commission from the caterer based on how much you spend. We don’t make a commission. This allows Caterers to keep their costs lower and pass the savings on to you.

  • We want you to have a choice on which vendors work for you. Who do you trust? Who works for your budget? Who do YOU want?

  • Within two hours of your ceremony, the decision to hold an indoor ceremony and/or reception can be made quickly and efficiently. Our facility size enables us to be prepared for a change in circumstance. Guests can sit at their tables while we move the center tables and make an aisle for the bride to walk down. You can stay warm and dry on your wedding day.

  • You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!

  • Our answer is no. We do not have a “wedding coordinator" on site. The last thing we want is the opportunity for miscommunication. White Meadows will have a team member there to help you however they can (be an extra set of hands decorating, or to answer questions from your vendors and direct them as necessary, etc.) Their goal is to do everything possible to help your day go smoothly and ensure your day is as stress-free as possible! (But we still don't consider them a day-of wedding coordinator.)

  • White Meadows is happy to rent linens to you. In house, we always carry a supply of floor-length white cotton rounds, and white napkins. A custom linen quote is available, and we are happy to coordinate specialty linen requests. If you wish to provide your own linens, that is fine. Please give us 15 days notice.
