About White Meadows

We purchased our property (sight unseen to me) in an auction, with the intentions of re-selling it. I was secretly hoping we didn’t get it, worried about all the unknowns. Here is what I saw in the reveal: an atrocious, run-down, leaking house and a dilapidated horse arena on an uncared for 10 acres. To both of our surprise, out of my mouth came these words, “Let’s keep it!” I took one look and fell in love with its potential. That’s how things got unexpectedly started.

When we would share our diamond in the rough with people, they seemed to fall short of our enthusiasm. Slowly a vision took shape. The old house, previously inhabited by animals was demolished and today it is the site our new home.

Next question? What to do with the abandoned horse arena hidden under blackberry bushes? It would be a shame to tear down this massive building that still had so much to give. So, we have shined it up and repurposed it. Today it is, White Meadows, still a gathering place…... but now a venue to fill with people.

Where once there were overgrown pastures and tired, broken fences, there are manicured lawns with fresh landscaping. It has been our passion to breathe new life into this worn out and discarded property. Now it is time to share it with you!
